人氣女團COLLAR的「仙氣擔當」蘇雅琳(Ivy So)在MV、廣告、錄影《CHILL CLUB》時,都會穿上露腰裝示人,大騷其纖腰、腹肌,擁有健康的身型曲線,令人羨慕。
在Ivy的社交平台上,看到她由過往在未懂打扮的中學生,變成現時騷健康性感的女團偶像,背後也下了不了苦功!

中學舊照公開
Ivy So畢業於觀塘名校藍田聖保祿中學,她參加謝師宴的合照、單人照也被公開。中學時期的Ivy皮膚白滑,架著黑框眼鏡,臉頰明顯比出道後的她飽滿。
Ivy也曾經在訪問時指自己當時因準備香港中學文憑試,並於溫習期間不斷進食零食,變相肥了不少。

每天喝2公升水
多喝水的話可有助身體新陳代謝、有助瘦身排毒、美容,是不少人所採用的簡單瘦身方法。
Ivy曾在直播中指自己中學時都沒有多喝水,現時的她會帶備1公升水樽外出,每天也至少會喝2公升水。

避開珍珠奶茶
在天氣炎熱時,喝一杯台式飲品簡直是透心涼,再加上街上有不少台式飲品店,真是少一點定力也不可以。
Ivy就表示先自己也會偶爾飲用珍珠奶茶,但由於屬高脂肪、高糖飲品,確實少飲為妙。Ivy就會飲用低卡、低糖的水果茶。
食用清甜食物
瘦身是女人的終身事業,而且瘦得健康也需從日常飲食著手。喜歡吃甜食的她會選擇清甜的食物,如水果、西蘭花、希臘乳酪,這樣可以令她不會變得「口淡淡」。
善用黑醋調味
減肥餐又是否表示是淡而無味呢?其實只要慎選調味醬料,也可吃得津津有味。
Ivy進食雞胸沙律時,會加上卡路里較低的黑醋作調味。黑醋可幫助瘦身、減少體內囤積的卡路里、促進血液循環,十分有用!
